Standard starts at $199/month for up to half an acre and a 50-foot driveway, with one yard of mulch. Alaskan starts at $299/month for up to one acre and a 100-foot driveway, with two yards of mulch. Kodiak starts at $399/month for up to two acres and a 150-foot driveway, with three yards of mulch. Add-ons and applicable sales tax are additional.
Included services and member benefits
The plan covers driveway plowing, lawn mowing, seasonal cleanup, gutter cleaning, driveway sealing, HVAC maintenance, and weeding and mulching. Members also receive access to handyman work at $75/hour. Handyman labor is billed separately from the monthly membership fee.
