The terms and conditions for your Grizzly Prime membership.

By subscribing to, accessing, or using Grizzly Prime services (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
Services
1. Service Description
Grizzly Prime is a comprehensive monthly property maintenance subscription service that includes:
- —Snow & Driveway Services: Driveway plowing and sealing
- —HVAC Maintenance: Preventative heating and cooling system maintenance
- —Seasonal Services: Spring and fall property cleanups
- —Gutter Services: Professional gutter cleaning
- —Lawn Care: Weekly lawn mowing during growing season
- —Landscaping: Landscape weeding and mulching
- —Additional Benefits: Discounted rates on handyman services
Service availability and frequency may vary based on seasonal conditions and your selected subscription tier.
Your Responsibilities
2. User Obligations
Eligibility
- —You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to Grizzly Prime
- —You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Subscription Terms
- —Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another party
- —You must ensure property access for scheduled services
- —You agree to notify us of any changes to your property or service requirements
Payment Obligations
- —All payments must be made in advance of service delivery
- —Missing or partial payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of services
- —You are responsible for keeping payment information current and valid
Prohibited Activities
- —Misrepresentation of identity or property ownership
- —Interference with service delivery or provider operations
- —Use of services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- —Harassment or abuse of service personnel
IP Rights
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Grizzly Prime are the exclusive property of The Grizzly Group, Inc. You may not:
- —Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials
- —Use our branding or marks without written permission
- —Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from our digital platforms
Billing
4. Payment Terms
Pricing
- —Subscriptions start at $199 per month plus applicable New York State sales tax
- —Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers
Payment Methods
- —All payments must be made through our customer portal at go-grizzly.com
- —We accept major credit and debit cards
- —Automatic recurring billing will be established upon subscription
Billing Policy
- —Months must be paid in full and in advance of service delivery
- —Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month
- —Failed payment attempts may incur additional processing fees
Refund Policy
- —No refunds will be issued for any reason
- —All months paid will be serviced according to the subscription terms
- —Unused services do not carry over to subsequent billing periods
Late Fees
- —Late payments may incur a fee of up to $25
- —Repeated late payments may result in service termination
Liability
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimer
- —Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- —We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
- —Service scheduling may be affected by weather, equipment availability, or other factors beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
- —Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding month
- —We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- —We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear
Property Access
- —You assume all risks associated with granting property access
- —We are not liable for items left unsecured on your property
- —You must disclose any hazardous conditions or special requirements
Cancellation
6. Termination Rights
Customer Termination
- —You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the customer portal
- —Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
- —No partial month refunds will be issued
Service Provider Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for:
- —Non-payment or repeated payment failures
- —Violation of these Terms
- —Unsafe property conditions
- —Abusive behavior toward service personnel
- —Fraudulent activity
Effect of Termination
- —Upon termination, all scheduled services will cease
- —Outstanding balances remain due and payable
- —Termination does not affect previously rendered services
Disputes
7. Dispute Resolution
Initial Resolution
All disputes should first be addressed through our customer service team.
Mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing other remedies.
Arbitration
Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
Changes
8. Modification Clause
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or customer portal. We will provide notice of material changes via email at least 30 days before implementation. Your continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Legal
9. General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Grizzly Prime regarding the Service.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

Jurisdiction
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
