Mobile app
App stores & mobile OS
When you download our app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), the store operator may collect certain information according to their respective privacy policies:
- —Crash logs and diagnostics: If you opt in, Apple or Google may collect crash data to help improve app stability
- —App analytics: Anonymized usage statistics (downloads, sessions) if you have enabled analytics sharing in your device settings
- —Purchase history: Records of any in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple or Google billing
- —Device identifiers: Both platforms use identifiers to deliver the app and push notifications
On iOS, manage these settings under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. On Android, manage them under Settings → Google → Ads, and in the Play Store app’s Settings. For more details, see Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
SMS Program
SMS messaging program
When you opt in to SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Grizzly Prime — sent from our verified toll-free number +1 (844) 764-1603 — to the phone number on file. SMS opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or service.
- —Frequency: Variable. Messages send only when triggered by a service event (driver dispatch, appointment reminder), typically 0–4 messages per service visit
- —Carrier rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, set by your wireless carrier
- —Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop all SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also disable SMS at any time in Profile & Preferences → Notifications
- —Phone-number privacy: We never share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing
- —Delivery provider: SMS messages are delivered through Sendly, our SMS service partner

Account deletion
Delete your account
You can delete your Grizzly Prime account and associated personal data at any time directly from the mobile app. The same steps apply on both iPhone (iOS) and Android:
- Open the Grizzly Prime app and sign in.
- Tap the For You tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
What happens when you delete your account:
- —Personal information is anonymized: Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo are immediately replaced with placeholder values so your identity is no longer visible in the account
- —Sign-in is disabled: Your password is erased, all active sign-in sessions on your devices are revoked, and your account is marked inactive so no one can sign back in
- —Push-notification tokens are deleted: All device tokens associated with your account are removed, so you stop receiving notifications immediately
- —Saved addresses are deleted: Every property address saved to your account is removed from our database
- —Service preferences are deleted: The services you subscribed to in your For You tab are removed from our database
- —Chat messages are deleted: Conversations you started and messages you authored are removed from our database, along with their read-receipt and notification metadata
- —Saved payment methods are detached: Any card or bank account you saved for future payments is detached from your Stripe customer record, so it cannot be re-used
- —Active Prime membership is cancelled: Any active, trial, or paused Prime membership is cancelled in Stripe at the time of deletion
- —Future appointments are cancelled: Any scheduled or in-progress appointment with a date in the future is marked cancelled
- —Historical service records are retained: Completed appointments and service history are kept tied to your anonymized account for operational records and legal compliance
- —Payment records are retained: Payment and invoice records are retained by us and by Stripe for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, typically 7 years under US law
- —Analytics and crash logs: Anonymized analytics and aggregated service metrics may be retained indefinitely. Sentry crash logs are retained on Sentry’s default rolling schedule
If you are unable to access the app, or if you would like us to remove retained data beyond what we are legally required to keep, email info@go-grizzly.com with the subject line “Delete my account” and we will review your request within 30 days.
