What's included in my membership?
Your Grizzly Prime membership includes seven service categories: driveway plowing, driveway sealing, HVAC maintenance, lawn mowing, seasonal cleanup, gutter cleaning, weeding & mulching. Members also get access to a $75/hr handyman rate; handyman labor is billed separately. Standard handyman rates are typically higher outside Prime.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your property size. Standard (up to 0.5 acre) is $199/month, Alaskan (up to 1.0 acre) is $299/month, and Kodiak (up to 2.0 acres) is $399/month. Your exact price is determined during signup based on your property details. All prices are before applicable sales tax.
Is sales tax included in the price?
No, prices shown do not include New York State sales tax. Tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Grizzly Prime is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with no penalty or hidden fees.
